Extrusion

This precise manufacturing process consists in pushing silicone through a die with a simple or complex shape.

Seven different but complementary extrusion lines allow us to shape all your projects. Whether it is on simple shapes (tubes, ropes, squares, rectangles) to the most complex developments, in foam or bi-material, with thread insertion or multi-hardness we are in a position to support you.

Our production: combining know-how and performance

The design office and the project manager determine the choice of technology: extrusion - co-extrusion and make the costing

Adjustments of the die, adjustment, redimensions to obtain the perfect profile and if necessary, in parallel, search for the hue/color/color adapted to the project

Start of production

Upon receipt of the order validated by the customer, the tailor-made supply chain is put into production

Sending an initial sample and validation by customer
