Material certification and supplier qualification

We can support a supplier qualification process according to the prime contractor's requirements. Compiling the quality file, implementing a monitoring plan, and providing qualification samples are part of our standard process for new aeronautical clients. EN 9100 certification can be discussed depending on volumes and the nature of the partnership.
02Are your materials tested according to aeronautical AMS standards?
We work with compounds referenced according to the applicable AMS specifications. Material certificates specify the formulation references and the results of acceptance tests. For a specific application, we can guide the choice of compound based on the specifications and have the missing qualification tests carried out by an accredited laboratory.
03Can you produce small-batch parts with full traceability?
Yes. The aerospace industry often involves moderate volumes with high documentation requirements. We produce batches ranging from a few dozen to several thousand parts, complete with lot numbers, certificates of conformity, and manufacturing records. Dimensional repeatability is verified for every batch.
