An adventure like no other for the PROGRESS Silicones team

Heat, physical challenges, surprising tastings, and a good dose of laughter...
This is what expected the employees of PROGRESS Silicones During the Inter-company challenge “Koh Lant'Apt”, organized by the Committee of Municipalities of the Pays d'Apt Luberon.

Inspired by the famous adventure show, this sporting challenge brought together local businesses around common values: self-improvement, team cohesion and entrepreneurial spirit.

And our teams did not do things by halves

Not so “soft” tests

If at PROGRESS Silicones, we are used to handling materials soft and resistant like silicone... this time it's our muscles and our neurons that have been put to the test!

🏃 ‍ ♂️ Endurance test in the mud
🧠 collective enigmas,
🔥 speed challenges,
🍽 unusual tastings (yes, there were insects on the menu)...

Each member of the team knew how to give the best of themselves to make the company's colors shine, in one atmosphere at a time. competitive and ultra user-friendly.

Stronger together, in the field and in production

Beyond aches (which we proudly assume!) , this type of event is an opportunity to reinforce what makes PROGRESS Silicones strong on a daily basis:

We left with smiles, memorable memories... and a team cohesion even stronger than our seals 😉.
